Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Service
WP Tracker is a subscription service that shows, from a web dashboard, the online/offline activity of the numbers you track through the WhatsApp account you link. By using the service you accept these terms.
User responsibility
Full responsibility for tracking lies with the account holder who signs up and starts it. You alone decide whom you track and are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires and for how you use the results. Any legal, criminal, financial or personal consequence arising from your use belongs to you alone. WP Tracker only provides the technical tool and is not responsible for the purpose, manner or outcome of your use.
Responsible use
You agree not to: track unlawfully, harass, threaten or control; track someone who has asked you to stop, or a minor you are not the parent/guardian of; resell, scrape or access the service automatically. Informing the person you track and obtaining any needed consent is your responsibility.
WhatsApp and accuracy
WP Tracker works through a linked device and is an independent service subject to WhatsApp's rules; it is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Activity is only visible when privacy settings allow it, and timing may be slightly delayed. We provide the data as is, with no guarantee of uptime or full accuracy.
Subscription, trial and payment
Presence tracking and advanced features open with a Premium subscription. A 1-day free trial is offered on your first subscription; starting it requires a valid card with funds for the plan, and your card is only charged when the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. The trial is available once per account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the recent period.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes reasonably; the current version is published on this page.
